Directions to Twin Brook Recreation Center; 185 Tuttle Road, Cumberland From I-295S, take Exit 15 (Yarmouth–Cumberland). At the end of the exit ramp, turn left onto Route 1. Follow Route 1 for just over a mile. Following a sign that reads Cumberland and Route 88, turn left onto a short connector that takes you up to Tuttle Road. Turn right on Tuttle (away from Route 88 and Cumberland Foreside) toward Cumberland Center, crossing over 295. Proceed 1.6 miles. Twin Brook will be on your right.
Edward J McMann Outdoor Athletic Complex, 181 Congress Ave., Cape Elizabeth Take Rte. 1 east into Bath. Where the wide median becomes a guard rail only, take the exit onto State Road (after VIP/O’Reilly’s/Family Dollar). At the rotary, turn right (first exit) onto Congress Avenue. McMann Field is one mile ahead on the left.
All teams will practice at Hunter Road Fields (HRF) this season (96 Hunter Road, Freeport). Field #1 is the first field on the right as you enter the facility. The other fields are numbered 2 through 4 from the south to the facility building. These locations are effective 4/27 unless otherwise noted.
There will be no Harriers meet in Falmouth this afternoon, due to trail conditions and impending thunderstorms. The meet will not be made up.

As the fields in Freeport are unusable due to rain, we have had to cancel Tiny Tykes for this afternoon. The session will be made up on May 27.
The Coastal Running League meet originally scheduled for May 3 in Falmouth has been postponed until May 31, due to hazardous trail conditions.
In place of the meet this week, both the Durham and Freeport teams will hold practices until 4:30 p.m.

Due to expected blizzard conditions, the Mt. Abram Ski trip scheduled for February 12 has been postponed to February 26. Those that have been a part of the program and missed a prior date should be able to pick up their lift ticket (and, if applicable, rental) vouchers on Friday, February 17 for use over vacation or at any time this ski season. You will receive an e-mail when they arrive in the office.
ALL Basketball Programs for Saturday, 12/17 (Little Hoopsters, 3/4 Rec Teams, 5/6 Rec Teams, and all Travel teams) have been canceled as of 9 p.m., Friday 12/16.
You can now download or view the Youth Recreational Basketball schedules for 3rd & 4th Grade (which has been updated to include two Freeport High School Varsity Halftime Exhuibitions) and for 5th & 6th Grade. Games begin December 3rd, and your coaches should be in touch with you concerning practices.
